- Location data: precise GPS location while you are online and during active deliveries, including background location where permitted
- Delivery data: assigned orders, delivery history, timestamps, and route-related information
- Earnings data: delivery fees, payouts, and payment records
- Device data: device type, operating system, app version, push notification tokens, and permissions status
- Identity verification data: photos or biometric verification data where required for courier onboarding

- Create and manage your courier account
- Assign and track deliveries in real time
- Calculate earnings and process payouts
- Verify courier identity and eligibility
- Provide support, safety, and platform communications
- Improve service quality, routing, and platform security

Location notice: When you go online as a courier, we collect your location to assign nearby orders, show your progress to customers and restaurants, and support delivery operations. You can control location access through your device settings, but some features may not work without it.
3. Who We Share Data With
- Customers and restaurants (limited courier name, photo, and delivery status during active orders)
- Payment providers for earnings and payouts
- Service providers that help us operate the platform
- Regulators or authorities when required by law
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Retention
Courier profile and delivery data is retained while your account is active. Financial records and completed delivery records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and compliance purposes.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us. You can delete your account from Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account, or see our courier account deletion page.
6. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect courier and location data.
