Delete Your Lazez Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Lazez customer account and associated data from the Lazez app.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Lazez app on your device
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap Manage Profile
- Tap Account Info
- Tap Delete account
- Read the confirmation message carefully
- Confirm by tapping Delete
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Account Information: Email address, phone number, name, profile picture
- Profile Data: Bio, date of birth, gender, preferences
- Addresses: All saved delivery addresses
- Payment Methods: Saved payment cards and methods
- Cart Data: All items in your cart
- Bookmarks: Saved restaurants and menu items
- User-Generated Content: Comments, likes, and interactions
- App Preferences: Language and theme settings
What Data Will Be Kept
- Order Records: Completed order history for tax and accounting — retained for 7 years
- Financial Records: Payment transactions and receipts — retained for 7 years
- Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics
Data Retention Period
Immediate Deletion: Most personal data is deleted when you confirm account deletion in the app.
Legal Retention: Financial and order records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law.
